Vasant Club Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the Vasant Club platform, including the website at vasantclub.com and any associated mobile application ("the App"). By registering an account, logging in, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

Vasant Club is an online gaming platform designed for adult players in Pakistan. The platform offers sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo and related gaming products, all denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Vasant Club.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use the platform.

2. Eligibility

By registering you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• You are registering for yourself and not on behalf of another person.
• You do not already hold an active account with Vasant Club.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate and truthful.
• You understand that gaming involves risk and you are participating voluntarily.

Vasant Club reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Where satisfactory documentation cannot be provided, the account will be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings generated prior to a failed verification check may be withheld pending the outcome of the review.

3. Your Account

3.1 Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, payment method, device or IP address — are not permitted. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all accounts except the first registered may be closed and any balances or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone. Vasant Club staff will never ask you for your password through any channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately using the details in Section 14.

3.3 Account Information

You are required to keep the information held on your account up to date. This includes your name, contact details and the payment methods linked to your account. Inaccurate account information can delay withdrawal processing and may trigger a compliance review.

3.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, bets, wins and withdrawals on the Vasant Club platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage of the process.

4. Deposits

Vasant Club accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed on the deposit page of the platform. All deposits are processed in PKR.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• Vasant Club does not charge a fee on deposits made through local payment methods. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges separately.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within a few minutes. In rare cases involving bank transfers, processing may take longer.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be requested from the account section of the platform or the App. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• You must have completed any applicable identity verification before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where the method supports outbound transfers. This is a standard anti-fraud requirement.
• Bonus funds that have not met the relevant wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances that have cleared all bonus conditions are eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page and may differ by payment method.
• Vasant Club aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers.
• Vasant Club reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or unusually large amounts.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Vasant Club offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to a separate bonus balance within your account.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be played through before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets, slots, live casino games and bingo may each contribute a different percentage toward the wagering requirement. The contribution breakdown is shown in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be removed from your account.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion.
• Vasant Club reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or adjust promotion terms at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion will not be affected by mid-promotion changes.

7. Betting Rules

The sports betting section of Vasant Club covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and major global tournaments — as well as football, esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

7.1 Bet Placement

Bets are accepted up until the start of the event or market in question. In-play betting markets are available on selected events and close at points defined by each individual market. Once a bet has been confirmed and the bet ID issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

7.2 Odds and Prices

All odds are displayed in decimal format and are in PKR. Odds are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. Vasant Club is not responsible for odds displayed during any technical disruption.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or abandoned, a manifest error in the odds offered, or data feed failures that result in a market being incorrectly priced. Voided bets have the stake returned to the player's balance in PKR.

7.4 Cricket-Specific Rules

For PSL and T20 international matches, a minimum number of overs must be completed for match-winner and other standard markets to stand. 8. Casino and Games

The casino section of Vasant Club includes live dealer games, slots and bingo. The following general rules apply across all casino and game products:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or by live dealer draw, depending on the game type. Results are final once confirmed by the game system.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round or slot spin, the result will be determined and recorded by the game server. If a round completes while you are disconnected, the result stands and your balance will be updated accordingly.
• Bingo ticket prices and room schedules are displayed in PKR within the bingo lobby. Tickets purchased for a game cannot be refunded once the game has started.
• Demo mode is available for most slot titles so that players can familiarise themselves with a game before wagering real PKR.
• Maximum bet limits apply to certain games and are displayed within the game interface. Bets placed in excess of the stated maximum may be reduced or rejected.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Vasant Club platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and further action:

• Opening or using more than one account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software that interacts with the platform on your behalf.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or technical faults to generate winnings. Any winnings resulting from a known error must be reported and will be reversed.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to place bets on events in which you have material non-public information or any form of insider knowledge.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or Vasant Club staff through any platform channel.

10. Privacy and Data

Vasant Club collects and processes personal data in order to operate your account, process transactions, verify identity and comply with applicable obligations. The full details of how your data is collected, stored and used are set out in the Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data will not be sold to third-party marketing companies.
• Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and fraud prevention services where necessary to operate your account.

• Vasant Club uses industry-standard encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform.

11. Responsible Gaming

Vasant Club is committed to providing gaming as entertainment for adults. The platform provides a set of tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit cap from within your account settings.
• Session reminders: Configure time-based reminders that notify you of how long your current session has lasted.

12. Account Closure

12.1 Closure by You

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Before closure is processed, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your linked PKR payment method.

12.2 Closure by Vasant Club

Vasant Club reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time where there is reasonable evidence of prohibited conduct, fraud, abuse of promotions, failure to complete identity verification, or breach of these Terms. In cases of suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, funds in the account may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. Vasant Club will attempt to contact you before any dormancy fees or administrative charges are applied to a dormant account balance. 13. Changes to These Terms

Vasant Club may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, notice will be provided on the platform or by email to the address registered on your account. The updated Terms will show a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining real-money balance before the changes take effect.
